A little about Silvia...
Hey Silvia
Silvia Johnson is a Board Member, Chief Human Resource Officer and Workplace leader. Having recently turned to pursuing the next evolution in her career, she is spending time blogging, writing and advising those who long to reach the next evolution of personal, career or business success.
Silvia's 25 year career in tech has included a number of turnarounds in both public and privately held companies, a consulting business and a high growth startup. With various experiences and accolades, Silvia brings a human element to all she does.
Born in El Salvador, Silvia and her family immigrated to the U.S. during her early childhood. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and a Masters in Fine Art, Creating Writing from Sierra Nevada University.
